Another hot new star named Jessica is Jessica Biel who has also been spotted on the beach looking enviously gorgeous. She is known to follow Hollywood’s hot new plan ‘the three hour diet’ which consists of eating small meals five times a day to rev up the metabolism. Jessica also steers clear of sugar, dairy and flour when getting trim for a new film role.

Super slim celebrities Uma Thurman, Demi Moore and Natalie Portman are said to be followers of The Raw Food Diet. The (rather unappealing) diet includes eating raw beef, venison and fish and is apparently the secret to staying healthy and slim.

Angelina Jolie’s dramatic weight loss has been well publicised in the press over the last couple of months, and she has recently admitted to wanting to gain up to 15lbs to get her body back. According to US tabloids, Gwyneth Paltrow has stepped in to guide her through her famous Macrobiotic diet regime.
“Gwyneth’s diet is based on brown rice and vegetables - she even snacks on bowls of rice and carrots during the day to keep up her energy,” a movie insider told Closer magazine. “Brad has now persuaded Angelina to try the diet, and she’s been talking directly to Gwyneth, too. She’s trying to have six small meals a day - all the carbs and vegetables are already expanding her appetite, and she’s feeling a lot stronger.”

Kelly Osbourne is an unlikely addition to our blog but she has been rocking her new size 10 bod around town and we must say we are impressed!
The former ‘caner’ has just landed a role in the West End musical Chicago and has shed around two stones since the training began. The star has been working with celebrity personal trainer Niki Wibrow, focusing on cardiovascular exercise, as well as anything up to two hours of physically demanding dance routines.
A typical day’s food for Kelly includes: Porridge or a protein shake for breakfast, large chicken salad for lunch and Turkey stir-fry with lots of vegetables for dinner. Kelly has also been snacking on dried fruit, nuts and smoothies.

Goldie Hawn was recently spotted on the beach and she is surely one of the best adverts for body maintenance. A lifetime of sensible eating and regular exercise has ensured that Goldie is one glamorous granny. She puts her eternal youth down to a sugar-free diet; vitamin supplements and five bouts of exercise a week including aerobics, cycling, weights and regular tennis sessions with partner Kurt Russell.

The long-limbed, blonde beauty Jerry Hall, ex-wife of Mick Jagger, was recently pictured showing of her amazing figure, and she’s 51 years old. The mum of four flaunted her flat tummy and toned legs in the South of France last week. Jerry’s eating habits are sensible; “I don’t eat crisps, I prefer organic food and eat a lot of fruit and salad. But if I see chocolate cake and want it, I eat it.”
Her secret for looking so fabulous is apparently down drinking an astonishing 30 glasses of water a day and always getting 10 hours sleep a night. I think that’s advice we could all follow if we had a guarantee of looking like Jerry when we are 50! However she also revealed that “I do try and avoid alcohol. I think it ruins a woman’s looks.” This tip from the top may take a little bit more will power!

Baby boom has hit the celebrity world and now new mums and new mums-to-be are searching for ways to lose their baby weight and get back into shape. We recommend celebrity mother’s diet plans, such as Corrie star Debra Stephenson. The new mum has lost 2 ½ stone of her baby weight in a much simpler way; “I have cut out crisps, cake, puddings, chocolate and stopped cooking with butter and cream.” Debra also does three, 1 hour gentle workouts a week, including cardio and weights. “I’ve got my waist back and my legs have more muscle tone.” Debra’s weight loss plan has now made her a svelte 8 stone 10lbs, compared to her 11 stone 2lbs. Well done Debra!
