Baby boom has hit the celebrity world and now new mums and new mums-to-be are searching for ways to lose their baby weight and get back into shape. We recommend celebrity mother’s diet plans, such as Corrie star Debra Stephenson. The new mum has lost 2 ½ stone of her baby weight in a much simpler way; “I have cut out crisps, cake, puddings, chocolate and stopped cooking with butter and cream.” Debra also does three, 1 hour gentle workouts a week, including cardio and weights. “I’ve got my waist back and my legs have more muscle tone.” Debra’s weight loss plan has now made her a svelte 8 stone 10lbs, compared to her 11 stone 2lbs.
