Kelly Osbourne is an unlikely addition to our blog but she has been rocking her new size 10 bod around town and we must say we are impressed!
The former ‘caner’ has just landed a role in the West End musical Chicago and has shed around two stones since the training began. The star has been working with celebrity personal trainer Niki Wibrow, focusing on cardiovascular exercise, as well as anything up to two hours of physically demanding dance routines.

A typical day’s food for Kelly includes: Porridge or a protein shake for breakfast, large chicken salad for lunch and Turkey stir-fry with lots of vegetables for dinner. Kelly has also been snacking on dried fruit, nuts and smoothies.
