Angelina Jolie’s dramatic weight loss has been well publicised in the press over the last couple of months, and she has recently admitted to wanting to gain up to 15lbs to get her body back. According to US tabloids, Gwyneth Paltrow has stepped in to guide her through her famous Macrobiotic diet regime.

“Gwyneth’s diet is based on brown rice and vegetables - she even snacks on bowls of rice and carrots during the day to keep up her energy,” a movie insider told Closer magazine. “Brad has now persuaded Angelina to try the diet, and she’s been talking directly to Gwyneth, too. She’s trying to have six small meals a day - all the carbs and vegetables are already expanding her appetite, and she’s feeling a lot stronger.”
